As a RISE personal training client, you will receive:

Weekly personal training sessions (most clients train 1-3x per week, but the choice is yours!)
Option to train in 2 different gym locations (North Loop, Minneapolis & Minnetonka, MN - no membership required!)
Option to also train in your home, apartment complex or office
Access to our app with customized programming & workouts to follow outside of training sessions
Weekly goal setting & check-ins
Monthly body composition scans & assessments
