SESSION OPTIONS | PROGRAMS

As a RISE personal training client, you will receive:

  • Weekly personal training sessions (most clients train 1-3x per week, but the choice is yours!)

  • Option to train in 2 different gym locations (North Loop, Minneapolis & Minnetonka, MN - no membership required!)

  • Option to also train in your home, apartment complex or office 

  • Access to our app with customized programming & workouts to follow outside of training sessions

  • Weekly goal setting & check-ins

  • Monthly body composition scans & assessments

  • Accountability & motivation from your coach who CARES about your progress & overall health!
